Elliston bird workshop

Join us for a fun and informative day learning about some of our local bird species in the Elliston area.

Tuesday April 29, 9am to 4pm, Elliston Sports Centre

Topics covered include:

• Introduction to bird anatomy
• Getting to know colours and field markings
• Recognising Birds by habits and behaviours
• Bird watching tips
• Recording data using Birdata
• Bird migration

The morning session will be held in the Elliston Sports Centre and after lunch there will be a field session close to Elliston. This is a free event but RSVPs are essential.

Please bring binoculars and wear attire suitable for a few hours in the field.
