KI Marathon - Road Closures

News release
17 August 2018

This September the Kangaroo Island Marathon returns to Flinders Chase National Park.

We are proud to be hosting such a prestigious event that brings so many people to the Island's shores. However, there are certain things visitors to the park need to be aware of during this time.

The Main road (Cape Du Couedic road) from the Visitor centre down to Cape Du Couedic, the Remarkable rocks and Admiral's arch will be closed from 5 am through to 2 pm on the day of the race, Saturday 1 Sept 2018. The visitor centre will be open as normal.

If spectators want to line the route they need to be in place before 5 am.

More information about the event can be found here: http://www.kangarooislandmarathon.com/
