Limestone Coast Landscape Board Business Plan released for community feedback
Now is the chance for the community to provide feedback on the Business Plan. The LC Landscape Board Business Plan provides extensive insight into the levy funds and priority spending for the 2021-2022 financial year.
With a strong focus on collaborating, engaging and educating the community alongside protection of our region’s valuable resources, and working towards a shared sustainable future the LC Landscape Board has distributed funds accordingly.
Chair of the Limestone Coast Landscape Board Penny Schulz said “The LC Landscape Board is keen to involve community members in the Business Plan consultation process as it not only provides an opportunity for genuine feedback, but can also help to build a better understanding of the plan structure and levy fees. Our Business Plan is to help us deliver on our strategic priorities and focus areas, and working closely with the community and key stakeholders is important to achieve this." Penny encourages interested community members to take a look at the Business Plan and become involved.
The LC Landscape Board will not increase the landscape or water levies by CPI in 2021/22, in response to cost pressures experienced by levy payers as a result of COVID-19.
The Business Plan is open for community consultation until 30 April 2021.
