A new look website ( www.landscape.sa.gov.au/ep/home ), with additional content, has been launched to help the community to find out more about Eyre Peninsula’s natural assets.

A new look website, with additional content, has been launched to help the community to find out more about Eyre Peninsula’s natural assets.

The website can be viewed on desktop, tablet or mobile phone devices and includes new features such as profiles on local parks, park closures, prescribed burns, the NRM levy and a ‘Have Your Say’ function for public feedback.

Eyre Peninsula Natural Resources Management Board Presiding Member, Heather Baldock, says the website is one way the Board can stay in touch with the community and is like a 24/7 shop front.

“In this digital age websites are a necessary part of communicating with a broad range of audiences, including visitors to the region, as well as local residents, on a variety of topics.”

“We hope to use the online forms in the ‘Have your Say’ section for the first time during public consultations on the draft Water Allocation Plan,” she said.

The site can be viewed at landscape.sa.gov.au/eyrepeninsula/home
