People, Wellbeing and Safety Officer
2-year contract, full-time, Port Lincoln preferred office location but Whyalla or Streaky Bay also an option for the right candidate
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to fill our new People, Wellbeing and Safety Officer role.
This new role will oversee the HR and safety systems and processes that enhance employee engagement and performance. This includes bringing a sharp focus to the health and wellbeing of the team. You will be the sole HR specialist, providing strategic and operational support on a range of human resource, safety and employee relations matters across the Landscape Board.
Success in this role will require you to bring a high level of interpersonal skills and a desire to build effective relationships across the organisation. You will be able to demonstrate a history of success in delivering HR advice and support and be able to apply your sound judgement to the provision of practical, people-centred advice.
Ongoing, full-time, Port Lincoln office
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high quality, confidential and proactive secretarial and administrative services to the General Manager, the Board and Senior Management.
The role manages day-to-day operational requirements, workflows, and communications to ensure the smooth functioning of the General Manager’s office and alignment with departmental policies, standards, and governance requirements.
The role provides project support to various Landscape Board projects and activities and ensures the accurate and timely preparation of board papers, briefs and reports.
Success in this role will require keen attention to detail, accomplished administrative skills, the capacity to build and maintain strong relationships and a willingness to learn, use initiative and participate.
