Permits
Permits are required for some activities that affect native plants and animals.
Native animal permits relate to keeping, selling display native animals.
Manage, control or destroy wildlife permits relate to wildlife and pest controllers and the destruction of wildlife causing damage. Please note the Codes of practice for the humane destruction of wildlife and animal welfare standards.
Rescue or rehabilitate native animal permitsrelate to rescuing a sick, injured or orphaned native animal from the wild if it needs care and treatment.
Native vegetation clearance forms relate to applications to clear native vegetation and regrowth management.
Plant permits relate to the collection of native seeds and fruits.
Scientific permits relate to undertaking scientific research on a reserve, in a wilderness area or involving protected species of flora and fauna.
