Water on Farms Workshops will be held at Cleve on 5th March and Cummins on 6th March and provide Land Mangers with the opportunity to plan sustainable water use for their whole farming enterprise, while avoiding the pit-falls, to make every drop count.

Natural Resources Officer Lana Roediger says that it’s important for land managers to work strategically with neighbours to conduct fox baiting at the same time.

Two beaked whales have stranded themselves and died on South Australia’s west coast. Natural Resources Eyre Peninsula Public Lands Manager Tim Hall said the two whales become stranded on the coast of Lincoln National Park on the state’s west coast overnight.

Why not dive into Eyre Peninsula’s marine parks these holidays and see which lies beneath the surface. Natural Resources Eyre Peninsula is encouraging locals and visitors to get back to nature and enjoy what marine parks have to offer. Marine Parks Regional Coordinator Shelley Harrison said the Eyre Peninsula region provides access to 10 of the state’s 19 marine parks, more than any other region in the state.
