This Agreement terminates on 31 May 2025, unless terminated prior by written notification by the landholder or Landscapes Hills and Fleurieu.

Agreement

Landscapes Hills and Fleurieu will:

1. Incur all costs associated with the abovementioned aerial shooting operations.

2. Obtain relevant approvals and coordinate landholder communications.

3. Supervise relevant operations in accordance with approved plans, codes of practice and animal welfare standards.

4. Ensure that all control operations (including contractors engaged by Landscapes Hills and Fleurieu) are covered by appropriate insurance and safety procedures.

I/ we agree that by signing this Landholder Access Agreement: select as applicable

I / we consent to accredited Government staff and professional contractors to undertake aerial (i.e. helicopter based) shooting of feral animals (which may include deer, goats etc.) on my / our property as part of the abovementioned aerial shooting operation.

I / we consent to aerial mustering (no shooting) over my property as part of aerial shooting operations occurring on neighbouring land.

I / we consent to aerial shooting operations within 300m of a residence on my property.

I / we consent to aerial shooting on neighbouring land, within 100m of my property boundary.

I / we understand that I/we will be contacted prior to the shooting operation and provided with the operation details along with the opportunity to confirm property information including location of livestock and exclusion zones

I / we will notify any tenants / visitors / employees / contractors living / working or visiting on the property of the planned aerial shooting operation, and if aerial shooting is to occur on the property, prevent access to the shooting zone on my property for the duration of the operation.
