Volunteer Support
Are you a member of an environmental volunteer group doing great work in the Hills or Fleurieu Peninsula?
Landscapes Hills and Fleurieu wants to support you to be the best you can be, by keeping your group mobilised, safe and working on the sites most important to you.
Read all the way to the bottom to see the four major opportunities (including funding!) we provide to groups working on Country.
Insurance
At present, we insure about 60 groups working in the Hills and Fleurieu region. You can learn more about whether your group is eligible for our insurance by reading this factsheet. If you would like to apply for insurance, please complete this form - Hills and Fleurieu Insurance Renewal form 2024-25.
Training
If members of your group are in need of First Aid Training, we can cover the cost of this. First Aid training sessions are arranged on an as-needs basis – please contact us to find out more.
From time to time we will offer group training in other disciplines (e.g. Cultural Awareness Training). Keep an eye on our website and Facebook to stay across these opportunities.
