New round of Hills and Fleurieu Grassroots Grants opening soon
The Hills and Fleurieu Landscape Board is pleased to announce the 2022 round of Grassroots Grants. Applications open on 22 March and close on 3 May 2022.
What can we achieve together?
Low-flows for water ecosystem health
Low-flows maintain habitats through the driest part of the year, particularly through the Mount Lofty Ranges, where many watercourses are ephemeral, or only holding water for short periods of time.
Think native vegetation on National Tree Day
National Tree Day is the perfect time to get your hands dirty and plant a tree either at home or at a local community planting event, but it’s also a chance to think more broadly about what we can do to restore our native vegetation.
Grassroots Grants provided to local groups and landholders
Forty-eight community-led projects across the Hills and Fleurieu region will benefit in a share of $265,000 through the third round of the Hills and Fleurieu Landscape Board’s Grassroots Grants program.
