At Murrippi Beach we are also monitoring the health of temperate coastal saltmarshes. Here the saltmarshes are also being impacted by vehicles driving off tracks, which damage vegetation snf the algal mats, as well as change tidal flows by compacting the ground and creating wheel ruts.
