BIG issues need YOUR comments

Last year the Kangaroo Island community participated in a number of workshops and identified the ‘BIG issues’ related to managing our natural resources that will form the basis of the new Kangaroo Island Regional NRM Plan.

Discussion papers on these issues are being released in batches and the first two (Overabundant Species and Biosecurity – Weeds, Pests & Ferals) are now available for viewing and comment. As a community we need to ensure a common understanding of the challenges we face and agree on what we are going to do about them.Find out more information about the development of the new plan or contact us.
