SA Arid Lands Landscape Board's new Regional Landscape Plan.

The SA Arid Lands Landscape Board has reviewed its five-year Regional Landscape Plan (2021-2026) and sought comments and feedback from its community.

The draft Regional Landscape Plan 2026-2031 (RLP) reflects the board’s current and future aspirations and those of stakeholders and the community.

The draft RLP sets out the board's five strategic priorities, focus areas and key outcomes for the board over the next five years and provides a strategic direction for the delivery of the board’s projects, programs and partnerships in the region.

Why is the Regional Landscape Plan being updated?

Under the Landscape South Australia Act 2019 (LSA Act), the Board is required to review its RLP once every five years and report on the success of the plan in maintaining, protecting, improving or enhancing the state of landscapes at the regional or local level.
