The Outback Communities Authority, through the Australian Government’s Drought Communities Program, secured funding for the weather station project delivered by staff from the SA Arid Lands Landscape Board.

Regional Weather and Climate Guide - South Australian Arid Lands

The Bureau of Meteorology, the CSIRO and FarmLink Research have collaborated to produce a Climate Guide for each of the country's 56 Natural Resource Management regions, including the SA Arid Lands. The guide will assist pastoralists understand and manage climate risk.
