Weather Stations

Access to rainfall, wind speed and temperature data across the region has significantly increased with the addition of four new weather stations.

The Outback Communities Authority through the Australian Government’s Drought Communities Program, secured funding for the program, with the weather station project delivered by staff from the SA Arid Lands Landscape Board.

How do I access weather reports?

Weather station data is available for Cowarie, Curnamona, Mobella, William Creek and Wintinna.

William Creek can be accessed here.

To access the remaining SAAL stations, you need to login to https://bushlinx.au/agbyte/login

From this dashboard, you can select the SAAL sites at Cowarie, Curnamona, Mobella or Wintinna. You can also select other sites available on the Alinytjara Wilurara or APY networks.
