Pastoral Board stock return forms arriving soon

Pastoral lessees can expect to receive their Pastoral Board stock return forms in the post shortly.

As required by the Pastoral Act, these returns must be signed by the lessee and also by an appropriate authorised witness. They must also be returned to the Pastoral Unit by 31 July 2020.

It is important to be aware that stock returns are a statutory declaration. They cannot be signed by a lease manager or sub-lessee. The list of authorised witnesses has also been expanded this year and further details will be provided with the form. Instructions have also been provided to ensure stock returns are filled in accurately.
