Pastoral stock returns due
Stock return forms received by Pastoral lessees are now due to be returned to the Pastoral Unit.
Pastoral lessees should have now received their stock return forms. If you haven’t received your form/s please get in touch with the Pastoral Unit.
As required by the Pastoral Act, these returns must be signed by the lessee and returned to the Pastoral Unit by 31 July 2022. A reply paid envelope has been included with your stock return along with instructions to ensure stock returns are filled in accurately.
Please be aware that stock returns are a statutory declaration under the Pastoral Act. They cannot be signed by a lease manager or sub-lessee and forms must be signed by a Justice of the Peace.
