Stress Free Stockmanship

Training
24 February 2026 until 25 January 2026

The Kingoonya Landscape Group is excited to bring Bruce Maynard to the region to deliver a Stress Free Stockmanship workshop at Billa Kalina Station in February.

In this two-day workshop, you will learn:

  • Stock handling skills – low-stress, effective techniques to move and manage animals safely.
  • Production and landscape benefits that can be achieved with examples of real-life situations
  • Practice with Level 2 and up to Level 3 competencies (covering starting/stopping and directing movement) for confidence in different situations.
  • Yard design principles

Will this workshop benefit me?

On completion, you will leave with solid foundation in stress free stockmanship principles that will help:

Reduce stress at yards

Reduce transport shrinkage

More effective mustering

Learn real implications for the landscape

Numbers are strictly limited for this workshop, which has been heavily subsidised by the Kingoonya Landscape Group.

Book your seat now at https://events.humanitix.com/stress-free-stockmanship-billa-kalina. Each partcipant will be required to pay a $200 co-contribution.
