Report a feral deer sighting
DeerScan is a free website and app that land managers and the community can use to record sightings of feral deer.
In DeerScan you are able to record:
- Sightings and evidence (e.g. photos & prints)
- Damage (e.g. browsing of trees)
- Control activities (e.g. ground shooting)
By reporting through DeerScan, you help us identify hotspots in the region and shape our management programs. Feral deer don't need to be on your property for you to report them. You can also report sightings of feral goats and feral pigs.
To report feral deer:
- Record a sighting on the DeerScan App on your smart phone
- Record a sighting on the DeerScan website
