ICAC - Reporting obligations for contractors

Did you know that it’s not just Northern and Yorke Landscape Board employees who are Public Officers under the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) Act 2012 (SA)?

Contractors performing work for the Board may be Public Officers, and as such have the same responsibilities and mandatory reporting obligations. If you become aware of conduct that you reasonably suspect or know is fraudulent, illegal or improper, please report it as soon as possible.
