Sustainable agriculture
The Regional Landcare Facilitator can provide industry and farming system groups with support, advice, capacity building and help with funding applications for sustainable agriculture and biodiversity improvement initiatives in the region.
The work of Farming Systems Groups is also supported by funding for projects, workshops and events. Some of the groups supported are Hart Field Site Group, YP Alkaline Soils Group, Mid North High Rainfall Group, Upper North Farming Systems Group, Northern Sustainable Soils and Ag Excellence Alliance.
