Turtle conservation along the Rocky River

The Northern and Yorke Landscape Board invites you to come to a short, practical workshop about turtle conservation in the Rocky River. 

Joined by turtle and waterways experts, participants will learn about and discuss:

  • Turtle species ID.
  • Spotting evidence of nests, eggs and babies.
  • Recording observations via the TurtleSAT citizen science mobile app.
  • Conservation options along the Rocky River, including Basking Islands.
