Field crops

The Murraylands and Riverland Landscape Board has a demonstrated history of working with broad acre farmers and farming systems groups with the aim of improving production and land management outcomes in the region.

These projects include in-field trials, events, workshops, training and extension activities with a focus on matching farmers with information relevant to the unique conditions of the Murraylands and Riverland area.

A number of excellent resources are available to provide information about the outcomes of these projects and are available on the field crops resources page.

Those working in broad acre agriculture may be interested in subscribing to the Soil Matters e-newsletter or finding out what upcoming events will be held in the region.
